A Will for Life... Making your Will...
Do you need to make a Will?
You will get around to making a Will one day...
You have worked all your life and your hard-earned money may be distributed according to the law rather than your wishes. This could mean that your partner receives less or nothing at all.
There is no such thing as a common law husband or wife no matter how long you have been together. If you are not married to your partner, it is vital that you both make Wills. If you are the main earner, you could die leaving your partner in dire financial need because the law steps in, either leaving your money and property to other family members or worse still, the taxman.
And even if you are married, how can you be sure that just those people who you want to inherit your estate actually will?
Yes. You need to make a Will...
Please note that this site does not give legal advice but will tell you, in simple terms, how to create your online Last Will and Testament.
